These tubes & pipes are available in varying qualities and sizes. Its wall thickness, diameters and finishes varies depending on the requirement of the final consumer. They are used for multi purpose like construction, furniture, scaffolding, engineering sector, automobile, agriculture etc. Its scope is vast and use is immense.
The process begins with the manufacturing of the strip of the required size and then the strip is fed through the Tube Mill for formation of pipe. To manufacture ERW pipes, we manufacture low carbon and quality assured strips. These are manufactured with the help of Quality certified Billets consumed by us. We ensure that our pipes are of High strength, corrosion resistance, high malleability and durable.
Concern about our quality standard and to keep a regular check on it, our ERW steel pipes and tubes are processed through numerous tests like a hydro-test, an ultrasonic weld inspection, micrometer check, straightness evaluation, and ring gouge to ensure its quality and durability.
